My Progress Pathway ("we", "us", "our") provides a secure, access-controlled educational analytics portal that helps teachers and schools track classroom assessment, reading, spelling and maths attainment, wellbeing, attendance and attitudes to learning. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling all data responsibly and in line with applicable data-protection law, including the UK GDPR.
Information we collect
We collect the school email address you use to sign in, and any access credentials issued to your school. Within the portal, schools enter and view pupil progress data (such as assessment scores, attendance and wellbeing indicators). This pupil information is provided and controlled by the school, which acts as the data controller; we process it on the school's behalf as a data processor.
How we use information
We use information solely to provide the service: to authenticate authorised staff, to display analytics and reports to your school, to process subscription payments, and to maintain the security and reliability of the platform. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use pupil data for advertising.
Data security
Access to the portal is restricted to whitelisted school email addresses and protected by access keys. All traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). Data is stored using managed, access-controlled infrastructure and is only accessible to authorised personnel for the purpose of operating and supporting the service.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our systems; payment information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy terms.
Data retention
We retain account and pupil data for as long as your school maintains an active subscription, or as required to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Schools may request export or deletion of their data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your role and jurisdiction, you or your school may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Requests relating to pupil data should be directed to the relevant school, which controls that data. To exercise rights regarding your own account, contact us using the details below.
