These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Progress Pathway, a secure educational analytics portal for teachers and schools. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and access
Access is restricted to authorised school staff whose email addresses have been whitelisted, and to administrators holding a valid access key. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the portal only for legitimate educational purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and your school's data-protection policies. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any data, disrupt the service, or use the platform to store or share unlawful content.
Pupil data
Schools are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of any pupil information entered into the portal. We process this data on the school's behalf to provide analytics and reporting features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and payments
Access to certain features requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions grant access for the period purchased and may be managed or cancelled in line with the plan you select.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, maintain or modify the platform from time to time to improve functionality and security.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
